Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 July 2026

Fantasy PL Edge (“we”, “this website”) is an independent fantasy football analysis website published by a private individual. This policy explains what data we process, why, and what your rights are.

1. Who is the data controller?

The publisher of Fantasy PL Edge is a private individual. You can contact us about privacy matters via the address on our Contact page.

2. What data do we collect?

  • Newsletter e-mail address — only if you subscribe, with double opt-in confirmation. Processed by our newsletter provider MailerLite (MailerLite, Inc.) on our behalf. Used exclusively to send FPL-related emails; never sold or shared for marketing.
  • Basic server logs — IP address, browser type and visited pages, kept for security and error diagnostics.

3. Cookies

This website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work: WordPress session cookies (only if you log in) and a cookie remembering your language choice (English/Polish). We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Because we only use essential cookies, no cookie consent banner is required. If this changes (e.g. we add analytics), this policy and the website will be updated first.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (e.g. every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link). You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

5. Third parties

Newsletter: MailerLite (privacy policy at mailerlite.com). Player statistics and fixtures are retrieved from the public Fantasy Premier League API; no personal data of visitors is sent there.

Fantasy PL Edge is an independent fantasy football analysis website and is not affiliated with the Premier League or the official Fantasy Premier League game.
