Good FPL managers react to gameweeks; great ones plan five ahead. The Fixture Ticker exists for exactly that.
Reading the grid
Each row is a club, each column a gameweek. Cell colours are the official FPL difficulty (FDR): green shades mean favourable, red means suffering. Lowercase opponent = home, UPPERCASE = away. Two stacked cells in one column: a double gameweek. A dash: a blank — the club does not play.
The Overall Score
We average the difficulty of each club’s next five matches and invert it to 0–100 — higher is friendlier. The table sorts by it, so the clubs to attack are always on top. It updates automatically whenever fixtures change.
Three plays it enables
- Time your buys. Get the player one week before the green run starts, not one week into it — the price rises come early.
- Pre-book your exits. A wall of red in GW4–6 means you plan the replacement now and spend zero panic transfers later.
- Spot captaincy runways. A striker whose club shows 66+ has captain options for a month — that is worth structuring a squad around.
